Me lose 10 KG in 1 month more …not even 2month

Cara Diet ?
** hanya tukarkan sarapan pagi dan malam dengan minum shake sahaja …petang makan cara mickey mouse ( sikit nasi,sikit ayam/taufu dan sayur banyak ) makan buah buahan apabila lapar atau mulut gatal ……setiap hari minum air sekurang kurang 3litter keatas

**tidak rasa sakit semasa period ,period come setiap bulan …tak asma lagi…tak ada sinus so tak payah guna banyak tisu selesama …hahaha ….lagi best saya lagi active kerana stamina meningkat

** combat /kick boxing  ,jogging .cycling ,aerobic,yoga
Apakah nasihat anda untuk mereka luar sana yang ingin menurunkan berat badan? & kata-kata nasihat
** jangan sesekali putus asa …selalu kena follow coach …selalu cakap NO kepada orang yang beri makana ringan / belanja u…paling penting kena guna product dengan serious ,kalau tak sia sia anda beli …tak payah perduli kepada orang yg selalu kata tak ada kesan punya makan herbalife ,percaya product ,percaya orang yg pernah berjaya dengan pengunna herbalife dan percaya coach anda…Godaan makanan yang sedap ketepikan sementara sahaja kalau nak result Luar Luar biasa

How to succesfull lose weight

The key word is self discipline..if you really serious to lose weight it was not too hard to discipline..:

  • use the product very seriously
  • say NO to junk food
  • Say No to ppl who wanna treat us eat  nice food
  • Drink shake every morning ,forget about the favourt food 1st
  • must have enough sleep/sleep early
  • wake up early
  • must drink at least 3litter plan water
  • do some exercise daily

is it simple….if you reli very disciplinary u will sure succesfull…..
